Clean and nicely decorated lobby, attractive pricing compared to competitors, inviting swimming pool area

Dirty rooms upon arrival!!! Unresponsive front desk staff!!! Malfunctioning equipment!!! General maintenance of hotel could use more attention!!! Noise issues from hallways could disturb sleep quality!!!

It was just a fitting option for a weekend breather in Overland Park with incredible value for money. The fridge and microwave in the room were definitely a plus for keeping snacks and drinks handy. Make sure to try the breakfast. the omelet bar is worth it!

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

I was greeted warmly by the staff when I checked in late at night. They even gave me some local dining recommendations that turn out to be fantastic! The breakfast with the omelet bar was a game changer, something I didn’t expect but really enjoyed.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for what I received.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The private bathroom was stocked with toilet paper. Fitness center was excellent, maintaining my workout routine well. Breakfast had those amazing customizable omelets. Loved the free happy hour drinks to unwind after a busy day. Clean and comfortable accommodations all around.

The stay exceeded expectations with a surprisingly comfortable King Suite featuring a cozy sofa bed. The friendly front desk staff and manager were genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth. However, the shower pressure was a bit inconsistent, and there was some noise from neighboring rooms that affected overall peace. Breakfast offered a delightful omelette bar, and the highlight was definitely the fried fish served at the evening reception, adding a unique touch to our stay.

the shower head was loose (which was annoying). the staff quickly fixed a problem with our tv, the hotel provided complimentary wine and beer at the evening reception, and the omelette bar for breakfast was a delightful surprise.

I had a really positive experience during my stay at Best Western. The professional staff contributed to a welcoming environment and promptly accommodated my special requests. My room was exceptionally clean and featured a very comfortable King Suite Sofa Bed, which allowed for restful nights. Additionally, the vibrant and well-maintained swimming pool provided a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of work. Breakfast was a highlight, boasting a buffet with delightful options, including an omelet bar that surpassed my expectations.

best western had a lovely outdoor pool, which was great for relaxing. the gym was open 24 hours, perfect for getting in a workout. the staff was friendly when I asked about local dining options. the decor in the lobby was nice and inviting, adding to the overall experience.
